We ship across New Zealand and free shipping on orders over $150 and above and for Australia shipping please email us on navintoysandthings@gmail.com

Processing time: Once the order is received, we aim to dispatch in 1-3 working days. If you need anything urgent, please write us on navintoysandthings@gmail.com. Pick up is available from warehouse by appointment. 

Delivery time: A tracking number will be provided once goods are dispatched from our end for monitoring the delivery. Expect some delays in case of pick season or rural address.

Faulty/damaged items

While we check every order thoroughly before sending still if you receive damaged/faulty items, please email us within 48 hours about the issue at navintoysandthings@gmail.com. We will need a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost if fault is ours. Replacements are subject to stock availability.    

Change of mind

Currently we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please shop mindfully.
